Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by CyberMedical, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Services

CyberMedical offers cybersecurity services specifically aimed at the healthcare sector, including but not limited to: CyberCheck analyses, 24/7 monitoring, and staff training.

3. Quotes and agreements

All quotes are non-binding and valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated. An agreement is established after written confirmation by both parties.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date.

5. Liability

CyberMedical strives to deliver the highest quality services. Our liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the relevant service.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all confidential information exchanged in the context of the collaboration.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium.
